We shot this video to give you a better understanding of our book, The Parent-Child Book Club: Connecting With Your Kids Through Reading. We wanted you to have an idea about how and why we started the book club and about the specific components of the book. Additionally, we wanted to discuss our underlying philosophy about forming family book clubs and to explain how our book provides practical information so that you can create similar experiences with your own families. We also wanted to give you a sense of who we are and what we value. As you read our book and put our methods into practice in your own homes, we hope you will enjoy making connections with your families as much as we have enjoyed making connections with ours!
